Founded in 1996 by John and Janet Parker, ibp academy specialises in providing business and management education to both the private and public sectors.

From its base in Largs, Scotland, the company has become a UK market leader through it unique approach to delivering people development focused on organisational results.

The company is accredited to award qualifications for three of the UK’s main awarding bodies – the Insitute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the Scottish Qualfications Authority (SQA) and Edexcel.

ibp academy is part of the ibp group, which also includes ibp Strategy and Research, ibp Creative Solutions and most recently, ibp Motivation.
