Programme Management
“Managed learning achieves results”.
This is a mantra for all our learning programmes.
Every learner on an ibp academy managed programme is assigned their own designated learner manager. This person will be their first point of contact during their time on the programme. This is also the person who will:-
- ensure they have all the information they need to start their learning
- answer any questions they have about their learning route
- send them practical details of learning events, assignments, deadlines etc
- help them when they have problems
- remind them when they haven’t met deadlines
- get them back on track if they fall behind
- celebrate with them when they achieve success!
The success of this approach is evidenced by learner completion rates, usually over 90% for ibp managed programmes – and also by the number of thank you emails and cards received by the team!
We routinely manage ibp designed programmes in this way, but we can also offer this service to clients who have a learning product, but not the capacity to provide this level of support in-house.
