Subsidised Training for Construction Industry Managers

ibp academy has developed an exciting new management development initiative in partnership with Construction Skills and the Federation of Master Builders.

This 6 month long programme is largely delivered online and is designed to develop the leadership and management capability of managers working in construction and related industries. These are tough times for the sector and this course is designed to help managers to develop the skills that will give them - and their companies - added impetus. Successful participants will also gain the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management Skills.

All participants are eligible for a 50% subsidy from Construction Skills, and depending on their geographical location and the size of their company, may be eligible for further funding at a local level.

Courses are starting in Inverness and Glasgow in June, and in the SE of England in August.
