ibp academy is currently one of the largest centres for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in the UK and have a strong track record of developing new qualifications under their guidance. 

We believe our team is our biggest strength.  90% of our people have been with us for five years or more.  All are fully committed to ibp academy’s values and providing the best service we can to our clients and students.

Over the years, ibp academy has formed a number of strategic alliances with partners, with whom we work to achieve the best, and most innovative “fit” to our clients’ needs.

Over the last 10 years, the success of our programmes and learners has been recognised through the award of a number of National Training Awards, most recently in 2007 (UK NTA) and 2008 (Regional NTA).  We are an Investor in People and have recently achieved IS09001, one of the first organisations in the UK to achieve this under the new 2008 standard.

We are also an approved provider of Individual Learning Accounts in Scotland.
